V901-Q Cleaning Solution for VJ Inkjet Coding Machine

Cleaning Solution/Flush V901Q is a methyl ethyl ketone (MEK) based cleaning solution. It was designed to dissolve and remove dried ink from the printhead that accumulated during normal operation of VJ continuous inkjet (CIJ) printers.    

Domino EPT025259 (Type D) AX Series Flush Kit is a maintenance tool specifically designed for Domino AX Series Continuous Inkjet (CIJ) printers (such as the AX150i, AX350i, and AX550i), primarily used for cleaning and unclogging the printhead system.

The Markem-Imaje 9330 is an industrial Continuous Inkjet (CIJ) printer designed specifically for light-to-medium-duty production lines. Its M6” ink circuit system is a modular, all-in-one component that combines high efficiency with convenient operation.

Matthews Compatible CIJ Solvents (also known as additives or make-up) are high-purity chemical fluids specifically designed for high-precision continuous inkjet systems. Chemical Composition: Primarily composed of MEK (methyl ethyl ketone) base, Alcohol base, and water-based base. The formulation undergoes micron-level filtration to ensure it is free of impurities and prevents nozzle clogging.  

For the Fastjet 540 and 560 series Continuous Inkjet (CIJ) printers, high-quality solvents are crucial for maintaining ink viscosity and ensuring system stability during high-speed production processes.  

Compatible EC-JET series of coding machines (such as the EC-JET 1000, 2000, and 3000 series), the Ink RFID Chip Tag (Ink/Solvent Chip Card) is a critical consumable  for ensuring the proper operation of the equipment. 

KGK solvent—commonly referred to as "Make-up"—is a diluent specifically designed for KGK Continuous Inkjet (CIJ) printers. Its primary function is to replenish solvent lost through evaporation during printer operation, thereby maintaining the ink's optimal viscosity and print quality.  

The black ink used in conjunction with KBA Make-up (1038.5334) is primarily designed for KBA Metronic (Koenig & Bauer) Continuous Inkjet (CIJ) equipment. These inks are typically MEK (methyl ethyl ketone)-based and feature fast-drying properties as well as high adhesion.  

  KBA Make-up for Ink (1038.5334) is a high-performance solvent (typically MEK-based) specifically designed for KBA Metronic (now Koenig & Bauer) industrial Continuous Inkjet (CIJ) printers. This 1-liter container of make-up fluid is primarily used to regulate ink viscosity, ensuring optimal printing performance during high-speed industrial marking and coding operations.  

EC1240 is a standard black ink (0.5 liters) specifically designed for EC-JET inkjet printers.  

TH-TYPE-A is a standard replacement make-up/solvent used in Hitachi continuous inkjet printers (CIJ). It is mainly used to adjust ink viscosity and replenish solvents that evaporate during the printing process.  

Hitachi UX chips typically refer to RFID identification chips used in ink cartridges or solvent bottles of Hitachi UX series industrial inkjet printers. These chips (such as models 1072K, 1067K ) are used to ensure that the machine uses original consumables and to monitor the ink/solvent levels and types in real time.
