Yes, our inks comply with EU RoHS and SGS standards, and our food-grade inks have passed FDA food contact testing. All inks are free of heavy metals and harmful solvents and can be safely used in sensitive industries such as food and pharmaceutical packaging. You can contact us to view our ink environmental certification reports.

We provide a one-year free warranty for new machines and a six-month free warranty for used machines (excluding the printhead, which has a 6-month warranty).  During the warranty period, using original ink or our compatible ink is required. The warranty covers equipment repair and parts replacement (excluding damage caused by misuse). After the warranty period, we provide lifetime maintenance services, charging only for the cost of replacement parts.

Overseas logistics support options include DHL, FedEx, and sea freight, which can be selected based on customer needs and order volume. Payment methods include internationally accepted methods such as T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit). We provide export customs clearance services to ensure smooth customs clearance of goods.

We have multiple parts warehouses and production lines across the country, and our procurement department provides us with the most cost-effective supply channels. We maintain sufficient stock of spare parts (such as ink, solvents, and printheads), and orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Overseas customers can order parts directly from us; international express shipping takes 3-5 days, and large shipments by sea can be received within one month.
