A: The core components include:
Solvent: Such as methyl ethyl ketone (MEK), providing fluidity and fast drying properties;
Colorant: Pigments (such as white pigment type) or dyes, determining color and adhesion;
Additives: Regulating viscosity, conductivity, and anti-clogging properties, ensuring stable ink droplet formation and charge deflection.
 
Q: How to solve the problem of blurry ink dots, satellite dots, or wavy characters during printing?
A: Possible causes and solutions:
Abnormal viscosity: Check the ambient temperature (maintain 20-25℃), clean the viscometer, and wait for the system to adjust automatically;
Slight nozzle blockage: Perform the built-in backflush function, and gently wipe the nozzle with a qualified solvent and a lint-free cotton swab (do not scratch);
Improper modulation voltage: Adjust the modulation voltage until the ink dots are compact (satellite dots disappear);
Airflow interference: Install a baffle to avoid airflow near the printhead, and maintain a spraying distance of 2-6mm.
