The 302-1006-004 makeup fluid is a specific, 750ml, MEK-based solvent used in Citronix ciSeries continuous inkjet (CIJ) printers to maintain the ink's correct viscosity. This product is often used in conjunction with Citronix black ink part number 302-1001-002.

The 302-1006-004 makeup fluid for Citronix printers is currently supplied in a 750ml volume. Citronix previously offered fluids in a round 473ml (or 475ml) bottle size for older printer models, but that packaging format is largely discontinued by the main manufacturer and replaced by the larger size for the current ciSeries printers.
